I called Super Siders again and Russ came out. After some ingenious testing, he identified the problem and went above toward getting the leak repaired. Two thumbs up for Super Siders!"

"Rotten customer service! They have no follow up and always forget to address a problem. It took them 6 months to finish the trim on the inside of my windows. They felt so stupid that they forgot me, they gave me $300 CASH. Then I had a LEAKING window that took more than 6 months to fix. Now I have a broken seal on a window they replaced for more than a year. They say they will replace but not sure what year that will be. They have no problem taking your money but if you have a problem then they disappear!"
