Damian and the D Day Plumbing team were very professional and knowledgeable and provided an estimate with a couple different options and their related costs. They installed a new utility sink, sink pump, and needed piping and valves with tie ins to the main septic. They made improvement above and beyond the initial job breakdown, all the while staying within budget. I will certainly consider them again for any future work. Days later his supervisor ; called (RED FLAG) to see if he could do better. He brought the price down to $16,941 but a 9 week wait. I again refused due to the wait time. Surprisingly enough he was able to change that to 5 weeks (ANOTHER RED FLAG). He quickly reviewed my contract on his laptop with sections he would explain, and I needed to initial. MY ERROR I trusted what he was saying and failed to read each section myself. Communication was fair after signing on the dotted line. The installers were pleasant, very neat and despite the possibility of this job taking more than 1 day they did stay late to complete the job. My issues: * I have brushed nickel"
