"Tyler was absolutely wonderful! We were on a waiting list with several companies.. 2 companies made arrangements to come over and we never heard from them again! Tyler called to say he was in the area and he came over immediately! He accessed the problem.. removed the old hot water heater and within a half an hour went and got the replacement we needed and began installation! He is one terrific guy and very knowledgeable.. set our minds at ease instantly! Other folks may have been influenced by his youthful look.. but believe me, we would welcome him in our home anytime! He was very polite and professional! Thank you Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for sending Tyler to help us! People speak of 'high' prices.. well we are not as young as we used to be..and we were grateful for this company's assistance! With all the various disruptions all throughout our area because of our recent cold spell ... we were beyond grateful for the prompt service! As a 5th generation Montanan we WILL recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to any of our neighbors and extended family here in the Billngs area! Thank you again!"

Your research doesn’t stop here. Once you’ve found a few prospective companies, make an call to ask a few questions about work history, licensure and more:
In most cases, the responses you get to these three questions will give you a very good idea of the right pro for your project. If you have more than one front-runner, these additional questions can help you narrow it down.
Any good contractor will answer these questions, and most will appreciate dealing with a client that takes such an active interest in finding good service. On the other hand, if a contractor gives you a hard time with these questions, you probably want to find someone else.
