"Modern rebuilt my aging brick chimney. The cap had cracks in it and the bricks were popping out. Modern took it down and rebuilt it. Brand new limestone cap and bricks. They even tuck-pointed some bricks further down the chimney that weren't part of the rebuild. The chimney looks great and Modern did it all in one day."

"Unconventional work, didn't really fit normal categories - I had ivy growing too tall on my house and needed it cut back. Due to the basement walkout, the highest portions were 3 stories up.
