"I told Luis I needed around 30 shingles replaced. He gave me an estimate which sounded reasonable. He showed up on time and started work. Its partially my fault I should have got on the roof to inspect the work myself. He replaced around 10 shingles and still charged the price he quoted me for 30. He would not provide a receipt after multiple requests. Avoid Lakewood Exteriors, Now I need to find a roofer to complete the job. I will not use Angis list for that search."

I had a complete tear-off to deck (2 layers) and several replacement skylights. Excellence Roofing gave me a competitive bid (not the lowest, but nowhere near the highest) I had 6 contractors providing proposals, although one of them never got back to me. Excellence Roofing had my confidence, and they got the job. From start to finish, Sal and his team performed to the integrity that was promised. I was kept informed and consulted throughout the job.
