"I recently had DHT construction redo my roof. Total cost of the project was about $41k. My roof is pretty large and also has a few low-slope sections that needed to be handled specially. The bid came in higher than the other company I contacted, but I was impressed with Curtis' attention to detail when he surveyed the house to make the plan. He went over all the parts of the roof and asked a lot of questions. He found a bunch of things up front that he knew would have to be fixed along with the roof itself. So when going into the project we had a decent idea of the cost and an understanding of the kind of extra costs that might be incurred. We also talked about the process itself and discussed where trailers could be parked, etc.. It turns out there was a severe lack of ventilation under the previous roof and a lot of warped plywood that had to be replaced, so the cost raised up to that $41k. The team was able to get the extra materials and do the unplanned work in a couple more days. The area was cleaned up well. There was just one decoration of ours that was damaged at some point, but Curtis immediately comped me the cost of it (actually more than our stated value), so they more than made it right. All in all, although the cost was more than I expected, I think the attention to detail and excellent execution and result would lead me to hire them again for other work."

"We were very pleased with the tear-off and new roof done by Forever Roofing on our house in North Seattle in mid-June of 2020. The estimator Sam contacted us the next day after I left a message and came by within several days and gave us what I felt was a reasonable estimate that included several other requests including removal of a no-longer used chimney and replacing about 20 feet of facial board that was too high for me to replace safely. The crew was great. They were able to utilize the one corner of the house that didn't have plantings for their work area. They completed the job in two days and the gutters were installed on the third day. They were very careful in their clean-up. I would not hesitate to recommend Forever Roofing for their response time and the quality of the workmanship."

They won the bid because of their promptness, professionalism, knowledge, respecting us as intelligent consumers, and good price. They scheduled our job within the month but were able to come a few days earlier because rain was expected. On the day of the job, they arrived on time, took pains to protect our house, flower gardens, and lawn from the large band of busy roofers. They completed the job that day and left with absolutely no sign they had ever been there except for our beautiful roof. "We hired Rain City Exteriors to coordinate a large remodel of the exterior of our home which included a new roof, removal of two layers of siding and window trim, blown-in insulation, new Hardie window trim, 6 new windows, new Hardie siding, new gutters and fresh paint. Guillermo was super easy to deal with during the quoting process and answered a lot of detailed questions I had. They worked with us to schedule work to begin and be continuous throughout so that we wouldn't have interrupted service. We were very happy with the quality of all the components of our remodel. The largest portion of work had to do with removal and replacement of the window trim and siding. The 2 person team was wonderful. Arrived on time daily, were very respectful of our neighbors, apprised me of concerns as they were discovered and cleaned up at the end of each day. They were lovely to work with and I felt as if they were treating my home as if it were there own...and the results showed it. This was an expensive remodel that we had been saving for for several years...to find such a great group to work with and see such terrific results was great. I would recommend them to anyone."

"CJ came and spent some time with me during the initial estimate. Very pleasant salesman that's easy to relate to and very detailed on how the whole project would be done. The crew that came out to replace my roof were quick, polite and cleaned up well after each work day. (2 days for the roof) Three Tree Roofing provided a huge dumpster for them to throw the debris in which was parked in my driveway, and a honey bucket for their use. There was one issue I had with the skylights and installation, but it's not enough to sway my opinion of this company. The company that Three Tree hired to replace my gutters were exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly as well. I've hired many contractors over the years and have never been so pleased. I HIGHLY recommend them. Last thing I should mention......... I received a nice little gift in the mail after the project was completed. Nice touch!!"

"They arrived on time. I asked them to cover the roof where the leaks were located with tarps. I explained the house would be demolished eventually so a roof repair was unnecessary. They didn't argue, instead they inspected the roof and located the leaks very quickly. They installed tarps, sprayed the black mold that had formed and used plywood to secure a waterlogged area of the ceiling. They did precisely what I had asked for and charged a reasonable amount. I will hire them again."
