"I told Luis I needed around 30 shingles replaced. He gave me an estimate which sounded reasonable. He showed up on time and started work. Its partially my fault I should have got on the roof to inspect the work myself. He replaced around 10 shingles and still charged the price he quoted me for 30. He would not provide a receipt after multiple requests. Avoid Lakewood Exteriors, Now I need to find a roofer to complete the job. I will not use Angis list for that search."

My rep was Alex Sharp and he was very knowledgeable with all aspects of what it takes to replace the damaged roof. He was in constant communication and was actually here for the walk through with the insurance adjuster as well as the day of the install. The company has excellent workers that did a great job. They cleaned up afterwards to my satisfaction. I was very impressed with the work done on my roof and the value it has given to my home. I would recommend this company to others."

"Excellence Roofing, and it's owner Sal, put more time into the initial inspection of my project, and discussing our concerns, than any of the other contractors bidding the job. I had a complete tear-off to deck (2 layers) and several replacement skylights. Excellence Roofing gave me a competitive bid (not the lowest, but nowhere near the highest) I had 6 contractors providing proposals, although one of them never got back to me. "The entire experience with Range was amazingly flawless! Gary came out and took the time to go over every need and concern I had regarding the roof. He was polite, friendly, and respectful of my time and property. He went over options in materials, taking the time to explain the benefits of each. The quote was very competitive and included an option for gutter replacement. His demeanor and professionalism added to the competitive quote made Range my top choice. Things were not optimal the day the job was scheduled for, but Gary took the reins, and his team did amazing work. My roof and gutters were completely replaced in a day! I have never witnessed any team work so intentionally and quickly. They left my property clean, roof refreshed, and me( although very ill at the time)a supremely satisfied customer. "This company doesn't do interior home jobs, yet they helped me with no hesitation. There are no words that can express how wonderful this company is. Rex Roofing & Restoration LLC; is very professional, and went over and beyond to help with the horrible situation that I was in. I was without hot water for over 3 weeks from water damage of a hot water heater. I could not get Teir1 Restoration in Castle Rock CO to move forward after the mediation was done. I contact Joe, and he took the time to listen to my issues and offered to help me out. His Office manager Shannon even got a temporary floor set for the hot water heater within two days of contacting me. After a little over 4 weeks I finally had hot water, and it was so apricated. Shannon got the drywall done in less than a week, then got me on the schedule for my hard wood floor installation asap too. Once my project was completed, that was when I found out that this company primarily does Hail damage on homes in Colorado. "When last year's hail and windstorm damaged our roof, we knew it needed to be replaced. We took our time interviewing five different roofing contractors. After narrowing it down to the last three, we chose Bulldog over the other more 'well-established' roofers because of how thorough Bulldog was with every single detail. Filing an insurance claim can be overwhelming, but Darby and Tyler met our insurance adjuster on site and then spent a lot of time helping me understand the insurance estimate. Once Darby and his crew showed up on site, it was like a swarm of bees took over our property. Every person, to the person, was motivated and focused on our job. Incredibly professional and polite and after each day, they thoroughly cleaned up the job site as if the property was their own! Darby was there during the entire 4 day job watching every detail of the work and was always available to answer questions. It was clear that he had the respect of his crew and that surely was due to the respect he had for them. To watch the way he interacted with his crew was really amazing. He wasn't just managing our project, he was managing the people that represent him and the company and it was clear that he admired and respected the work they did. When we did the final walk through, Darby was very insistent on completing everything on the final punch list so that it was perfect. It was as if he was working on his own Dad's house! Even though I just met Darby, he treated me with so much respect and care....just like he does with his entire crew. I honestly don't know if there could have been a better person for our project.
