By himself, Juan cleaned up the prior demo area, properly sealed the shower, installed a new shower bench/curbs and repaired the wall…he did everything but the painting, which we took care of. Coolant can escape when components crack or corrode, connectors loosen, factory defects slip through, or installation work leaves joints vulnerable.
