"The actual work done by Bergin Property Mgmt was to remove my concrete patio and replace it with a gorgeous paver patio. A 3-foot graden was also installed around the patio to add privacy and beauty. Frank Bergin, the owner, was a pleasure to work with. He took the time to come up with various options, clearly explaining each. His crew was friendly and accommodating. More importantly, they were precise in their work and paid strict attention to detail. They did an spectacular job. Frank was in at the site each day to check on the progress of the work and seemed to have an excellent rapport with his workers. I could not have asked for better customer service. I now have neighbors all around me commenting on the gorgeous patio I have. I am pleased beyond words and would highly recommend Bergin Property Management to anyone."

"I have hired Landscape Impressions (3 Howard Ct, Goshen, NY 10924, tel: 845- 351-3454) to change my front of the house entry and little garden with new masonry and new garden. Mr. Brian Mitchell, the owner and his crew (Leo, Jose, Ricardo, Rudy) are highly trained professionals and great people to do business with. Attention to all details, to all my feisty tastes, changes, ideas. Answers to all my questions, great verbal, e-mail and texting communications with all required pictures. Very good pricing, accurate, no surprises. They sent all electric, gas, water/sewer companies to mark the entire area in preparation for work. They removed old pond, waterfall, replaced water piping with new one, hidden under concrete. All cleaning after each day of work. They have all the machines and tools needed for masonry, granite, trees, flowers, grass, etc. I had a wonderful experience and can't wait to continue working with this crew for the back of my house, driveway, etc. Didn't stop to what was written in contract, added little details with pleasure, no overcharge. "Mike Sheehan responded to my inquiry on Angie's List. He came for an estimate on June 11 . The work started on June 27 and was finished on June 28. There were 3 workers working nonstop for 2 days. The old steps were taken off and the stone steps were put on. They really give a new look to the house. My neighbors gave me complements on the work."

"Anton and his crew are the greatest! We truly enjoyed working with them, Anton is extremely responsive, extremely dedicated, and most importantly, a true artist/artisan. We asked him to use only reclaimed wood and the most environmentally sustainable materials. He researched the best environmentally sound ways to insulate our house (using stone wool and alternatives to Tyvek, which we did not want to use because it's from DuPont) and he made numerous trips farther upstate from our Mid-Hudson house to locate the perfect reclaimed wood at old barns that were being torn down and resold as reclaimed wood. He gut renovated our really skanky old house into a magnificent jewel of post and beam construction to the point that peoples' jaws drop when they walk in."

Cesar, the owner of Regina evaluated the situation and rather than trying to get me to pay for a new pipe which would have required ripping up a part of the driveway, he solved the problem with ingenuity. In the end, his cost was well below a new pipe which was not needed. I have now had him look at several other projects I have wanted to do over the years. He put thought into those as well and I’m sure he will do a fantastic job at a very reasonable price. He also put down mulch in the same visit, also at a very reasonable price. Again, this is company I would highly recommend. This comes from a homeowner of 25 years at the same location who has seen and spoken with dozens of contractors."

"I am so impressed and pleased with the quality, integrity, and professionalism Rob Capella of Capella Enterprise Landscape Design and Development stands for. This gentleman has the heart of a teacher, along with a love of creating something functional and beautiful. He explained every step of the way what was needed for our retaining wall, and how a retaining wall functions; grading, drainage, equipment needed, etc. The gentleman in his crew worked tirelessly. He went above and beyond to work with us, especially since in digging they hit shale, which was a complete headache for them, and meant the job would take longer. Yes, it did mean that the job would cost more because you can't build a wall on shale, but Rob had thoroughly discussed with us ahead of time that you never know what you are going to find when you dig so we were definitely OK with having to deal with that. He also did what he could to make it work on both ends, and we are eternally grateful to him for that!"
