"WORST SERVICE ON THE MARKET. THIS COMPANY LEFT MY GRANDMOTHER $14k in DEBT, after recommending top teir gutters. The gutters were NOT needed. Not only did the company install the gutters poorly, they do not work. They do not work because she needs a roof, not new gutters. This horrible company recommended $14k gutters when a ROOF was needed. Now she will have to take down the gutters, and put up a new roof. KICKER - they fell into her garage door and left it damaged/non-functioning. DO NOT ..... I REPEAT ..... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. You can see in the pictures below how gutters should never have been installed on this house. Also can see how they do not work (icicles behind). Imagien $14k for gutters that do not work. "Signed a contract to replace half the roof for $5000 after assurance of no hidden cost and nominal cost for replacing some plywood. Due to rough weather the job was performed 3 weeks after signing. The roofer did not cover the roof with tarp and also spoke to Allstate who denied all my claims for damages. I was billed $1600 in addition to $5000. I have paid the $5000 but I deem the extra billing excessive. I was not informed of the cost for approval. I am willing to come to terms with the contractor and would like Angie’s list to review and work out a compromise. It also points to the level of service offered by the two contractors referred by your company. One bid for $2500 and precision roofing came in at $5000. I signed with Precision because of their assurances as an established company with a fixed cost. It has turned out not to be the case."

"We contacted Ed Drake the owner of Perfect Exteriors to inspect our roof after finding that we had water damage on some sheetrock and water leaking into our storage areas. We cannot say enough good things about this company. We were told that removing and replacing four large skylights, removing the existing shingles and replacing them that the job would take a day and a half to complete. We have dealt with many different contractors over the years for many renovations but Perfect Exteriors runs the most professional, organized business we have ever hired. Ed Drake and his Field Manager Steve Dewey have an absolutely amazing crew of men. They were extremely organized and all worked well together they were an excellent team. This job was started in the time frame that we were originally given and still completed in a day and a half even with the unexpected additional replacement of 42 sheets of plywood. "Impact roofing and Siding is exceptional! The owner, Rob, informed me they would be at my home at 7:00 AM. Being we have had contractors in past, I actually expected them to show up around 7:30. I was wrong. Rob and his crew showed up at 6:50 am ready to get started. Immediately when they arrived I received a text from Rob saying they were here. Rob, the owner, prepared me the day before that a dumpster would be placed exactly where he stated it would be the day of the consultation, and to place my car in a location where I could have access to leaving my driveway for work. Leaving for work, he met me outside and set the exact plan for the day and the expectations as well, including the time frame he would be at the house to oversee the project to when his crew would be finished. He informed me they would clean up as if they weren’t even here and they did just that. During the day Rob sent me multiple photos of the work being completed, and the status of the job. I was incredibly impressed with their professionalism and tenacity. Once the job was complete I was sent an image of the completed work. Rob informed me he will be back to our home once I got home from work and asked me what would be the best time? Within half an hour of getting home from work Rob was at my home with me reviewing the work and explaining thoroughly the events of the day, to which I knew most of being he channels his customers in during the course of the project. We walked around the entire home as well. He also took the time to take photos of the roof, both before and after, with his drone, showed them to me and will be sending them to me electronically. This was a great experience over all. I’m incredibly grateful we found such a reliable company, owner and crew. Replacing a roof can be stressful however, Rob and his crew made this process seemless and reassuring. Thank you impact roofing and siding! I highly recommend them!"
