We are strictly a design firm, but we do work with several local landscape contractors who provide high quality installation services. Our residential design services range from initial concept design to full construction drawings and construction observation. Initial design fees for residential design typically range from $2,500 to $5,000, depending on the size and complexity of the project.

"Garrett and Wil and their crew did an excellent job. We had a stone patio installed along with steps and a dry creek-bed drain. We were very happy with their work. They are very friendly, courteous and professional and they worked very hard to complete the task promptly, despite some poor weather days. They were careful to cleanup afterwards and left our yard looking better than when they arrived. The cost was in line with their estimate and we would highly recommend them to anyone needing stone-scape or landscape work."

"Over two months to get house plans. Communication was dismal and the majority of my phone calls and emails were ignored. After I put down my initial deposit. I was ignored for so many weeks, I was beginning to think the company was fake. Draftsman never asked a single question. Not a good look when each round of revisions are charged by the number of changes. My final payment was requested before receiving house plans. Payment was sent and plans were immediately provided despite never having discussed or seen electrical and plumbing, etc. There was an error on the final plans and it took an act of Congress to get it changed. To be fair the final product was excellent but the ulcers I developed over this whole process would make me rethink using Evolution."
