"Customer service was excellent. Dale and his wife Shannin arrived promptly at 9 o'clock and went directly to work, as Dale and I previously discussed my options, and the price, on the telephone. Dale and his Shannin were cordial, polite and answered all of my questions and concerns. This Husband and wife team were neat, clean and efficient. I could tell that they were proud of their work and very attentive to ever detail. I generally prefer doing business with a family owned company, as they are personally on the job and the price was certainly fair, as I checked with several other companies. My patio was discolored, stained and totally faded out. I was hoping that Dale and Shannin would be able to bring back the original look. I can tell you that when the job was complete, my wife and I were blown away by the results. Our patio is absolutely gorgeous. Please check out the before and after pictures. "I had Leo Concrete install a 72' x 40' floor, along with pouring the footing and frost wall for a new building. They poured a 6"+ slab with piers under it. The work was timely and very well done. I have had several concrete jobs done for my companies customers by other concrete companies, and by Leo. I used Leo for my project, because they are the best! I am extremely pleased with my floor. It is very well finished, the saw cuts are so straight I put my laser down them and was amazed, and the sealer they used is top quality. All around High Quality finished product, and great customer service and care! I HIGHLY recommend them!"

"I contracted FRS to help me with drainage in my garage and to secure a wall that is cracking. They did a good job in putting in ditch and sump pump in the garage. They attempted to put 2 ankers in the wall to secure the wall but they hit rock in the yard that prevents the ankers...which I understand. However, they said they try and see if there were other options and would get back to me. I've been trying to get them to return my call since August 2024 (multiple phone calls, texts) and they always so someone will get back to me...I've received nothing. Even if they don't have a good suggestion...I just want to know. I've spent $10k with them already so would at least like to receive of phone call back if they don't have any suggestions. Very poor response to my needs. At this point...I would not recommend FRS."
