"Start to finish and final inspection the job was done very well.  Sales Representative, office staff, technicians and installers were all professional and courteous.  The technicians installing the windows and doors were very knowledgeable and professional and the project was completed without any delaying incidents.  There was one item on which a call back was required - the local building inspector required that additional fasteners in the door frames be installed in the thickest part of the door frame.  The original fasteners were sufficient but the inspector said that the local preference was to install them as he recommended.  The company was very responsive and within a week had a technician on site to install the additional fasteners.  I was very pleased with the quality of the work and would recommend Florida Lifetime Impact Window & Door Inc to anyone considering having impact windows and doors installed in their home or business."

"I worked with them from June up until currently. I spent too much. I ended up paying $2,300 more than the contract figure. They did a pretty good job but I don't think they knew what they were getting into at the beginning. The building department kept doing inspections. They said they normally have 4 and they were going to have 8 with them. I can't blame it totally on them but I had a signed contract and I was a nice guy. They screwed up the roof but they finally came back and fixed it. He sent his foreman out to do it. They had to lift the roof to put on the room since it is a manufactured home. There are a few other things that I am still dealing with. They did a pretty good job. They were nice guys but I don't think they knew what they were getting into with a large manufactured home. I would recommend somebody else get additional quotes. For the most part, they showed up when they said they would. He probably extended himself a little additional on the flooring and electrical but he didn't ask for any more money because he knew that I was getting frustrated. Sometimes it would take a day or two for them to return my calls. Under certain circumstances I would use them again."
