Monday AM, Ron texted us, gave us an appt. within a couple of hours and fixed my fridge within 10 minutes! He knew exactly what part to replace by my problem description and even cleaned the dust from the back of the fridge. Very personable and professional! Thank you for exceptional service Ron!
