He took the time to answer my questions, show me the problem and how he would fix it. His estimate was reasonable. Luis was prompt, friendly and did a great job repairing my furnace. He offers a maintenance program for the furnace, AC, Water heater, and humidifier. I would definitely recommend Renewed Air"

"Our repair technician was very polite and honest. At his first visit, he discovered that the motor in our washer was not working. We ordered and paid for a new motor, which was supposed to arrive in 3 to 5 business days. It took longer, but I had to initiate contact with the company a couple of times to ask about it. So, communication on their part needs a bit of improvement. That said, when the same technician came back, he installed the motor and then discovered that wasn’t the main problem and we needed to replace the washer. He refunded the payment for the motor and just charged us for labor. We would hire him again."
