My old 23yr cedar was taken down first and cleared away and the new one was installed in the 3 - 3.5 day time frame given me at the sales quote/ estimate time. The project manager Joshua was professional and responsive to my concerns. Julio and his crew did a good job as well. My questions and concerns were addressed. The financing options available worked out well too. I would recommend Ergeon to others as my experience was a positive one.
