When the part came, he was responsive in setting another installation date, and it is now in and working. Erwin is friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. I would not hesitate to recommend him or call again, if I have a need for a repair. First service call was $120, part was $147, and I was not charged for the service call to install the motherboard. Very pleased!!"
