"Not well. Hired them because we wanted them to manage the project. They have no employees that did the work, they used contractors and no project manager coordinated their work. The two people that did tear out of the old back splash and the work on the new sheet rock was so bad the tile guy wanted to know who did this and did I have some sheet rock to fix there mistakes. I Would never recommend them for any job."

All our products are first quality, custom made to your specifications, and shipped direct to you from the factory. Cost is determined by the job.
"Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"
