With installation, he has a crew that is top notch. Very professional and easy to discuss and resolve issues. They left the condo clean. I would recommend the store to all friends and family. I would definitely just go straight to the store when I have flooring needs. The pricing is comparable to all big stores."

Jack had his team replace and install bamboo flooring. They did a great job with everything. In my closet, it looks like we ran out of wood. So I had to reorder one more box of wood. A week and half later, once the wood arrived and acclimated to the environment, Jack's team came back and finished the job. Overall great job."

"Was it the worst experience...? Was it the best experience...? Neither. Yes, I have hot water. Yes, the piping looks great for the tankless hot water. But, they had to come back a 2nd time to fill in the hole. See pictures. Yes, I was taken advantage of. I paid way too much. The final bill matched the estimate but in retrospect it was too much. Customer service simply stopped once I started challenging the work that was done. I have a large pipe sticking out of my condo that is unsightly. After I asked to have it corrected I was ignored. I would not recommend this company."
