"Juan responded to initial request without delay. Told me on the phone he would come and give an estimate the next morning AND be ready to do the work immediately if we agreed on price. He was responsive, friendly, efficient and excellent on some follow-up paperwork I needed for insurance reasons. Could not be happier, have already recommended Juan to a neighbor and will hire again without hestitation!"

"I worked with Wilmer on my project. It was the assembly of a coach I purchased, He was a very personable, sincere, efficient and thorough. He did an excellent job and put my coach together with what seemed like, ease, something I would not have been able to do. I am very happy that I found and hired him and I will do so again when I receive an additional purchase that I need assembled. I highly recommend Wilmer. He was excellent!"

"Jose was on time, and did an excellent job cleaning the gutters. He also recommended few gaps/holes in the gutters and in our chimney. He was able to quickly patch them with silicone while he was up there right after the cleaning was done. It is very helpful to have someone who is proactive like that. Thanks Jose!"

"I highly recommend Tony Davis and his company, Time Perfected Construction. He built four great decks at our Beacon Hill, Boston condo buildings in early 2016 and then did a super job renovating our condo in May 2016 when he redid a kitchen and bathroom, painted all walls and ceilings, installed new recessed lighting, refinished the parquet floor, and attended to many other small items. I was impressed by the quality of his work, attention to detail, attractive pricing, and a pleasant attitude. Not only did he guide us to low cost, high quality vendors but even personally accompanied us to many, providing assistance in selections of floor tile, kitchen cabinets and countertop, plumbing fixtures, a bathroom vanity, light fixtures and many other choices he supported. Although other contractors quoted 2-3 months to complete, Tony promised and completed the job in only four weeks."

When you hire a housekeeper or cleaning service, there are some questions you’ll need to ask to ensure you’re hiring the right person for the job. Writing down a list of services you want to be completed is a great place to start. This way, you’ll have all the information you need when you do interview a housekeeper or cleaning service, and they can provide you with accurate information and cost estimates.
Find out upfront if the housekeeper or cleaning company offers the services you need, especially if you have requests that go beyond basic services.
Do they charge a flat fee each week? Do they charge an hourly rate? Some companies charge based on your home’s square footage or the number of bedrooms you have.
Many companies may provide some smaller cleaning supplies, but they may need to use your vacuum cleaner or mop. Others bring their own or none at all. And if you’re particular about the types of chemicals used in your home, you may want to ask what products they use or if they’re willing to use what you provide.
Anytime you have a professional in your home, something could go wrong. They could get hurt, or some of your property may be damaged. Ask what would happen in these scenarios — a well-qualified professional will have the necessary insurance and bonding to cover these situations.
