"These guys were GREAT! I had them paint the exterior of my house (a 3- story unit) and stain a set of rear decks. It's a rental property, so I wasn't there to see the progress live. But Erick (the manager) provided comprehensive daily updates with attached photos of the day's progress, and always responded promptly if I had a question. The communication flow was excellent! As for the job, the workmanship was great. In addition to prepping (powerwashing, sanding, patching, etc.) and painting, they were also able to fix a sagging gutter and brought in a carpenter to replace some rotted deck boards and shingles.
