Altogether he sanded and resurfaced floors in two apartments, an entry foyer, and a stairway to a third unit. He scheduled the job to start within days, then graciously rescheduled with little notice when an illness prevented me from letting him proceed on schedule. The floors proved more difficult to sand than expected, but Mike's crew stayed late to finish sanding so that my tenants could get back into the house as early as possible.
