"Brandon never came back to finish the job! After multiple calls and text messages. We still do not have a gate. He also calls himself a Veteran? He left my neighbor who is ia Vietnam veteran high and dry. Said he would come out and never called or came by to help him. Nick also called many times. Between the 2 of us we spent almost 20,000.00 This is more upsetting to me than him not putting in my gate. My neighbor is the nicest man and is basically home bound. This just goes to show not all people have a heart. Iâ ve waited almost 2 years now. Nick and I have hired a new company to come out and fix what wasnâ t finished. Brandon was very nice until he wasnâ t. We wanted to support a young family businesses and tried to understand when he said he family things going on. I gave out cards for his company to people, but he didnâ t call them back either. I guess Lake Stevens isnâ t Bellvue and not as important. Iâ m writing this after 2 years of waiting and calling. They even repainted a room for me when I accidentally selected the wrong color (and a very dark one at that, to be replaced with a light color), with no additional charge except the paint. They were happy to use the high quality SW paint I selected. The quote I got was less than half one I got from a competitor and there were no overages at all.
