He was professional kind and very detailed in what he looked at. In addition he took pictures that allowed us to have a productive conversation. Of all of the quotes I received (from ridiculously high, to stupid low) his made the most sense. He made very concise points on what needed to be done, what didn't need to be done and what could wait. His proposal made it easy for my wife and I to chose him to do the work.
