"Luli from Precision Vacuum visited our home to provide an estimate and develop a plan for the equipments location to optimize the vent cleaning. He cleaned the ducts and returns using a combination of pressurized air and vacuum. Luli didnâ t take shortcuts. He spent additional time to identify the best location for his equipment. While he offered to clean our blower, we had previously arranged to have it cleaned by another company. Instead, he offered guidance on how the blower should be cleaned. Next time we will take him up on his offer! Luli performed the services in a timely manner and replaced all the vents with the exception of one that didnâ t fit the frame in our newly installed wood floors. Once the ducts and vents were clean he did the same for our dryer vent. He showed us before and after pictures and we noticed that we both could breathe a little easier after his cleaning. What made the experience better was the lack of damage or additional work. Well done Luli and Precision Vacuum!!!"

"The Dryer Vent Tech was thorough and knowledgeable about our dryer venting system. While performing the inspection it was brought to our attention that items were not up to code, so alternative code-compliant materials were suggested. Upon completion of the inspection, the tech went over the other items that needed to be repaired or replaced and discussed the reasons for those repairs or replacements. We are very happy with the services provided, and we are referring this company to our friends and Family"

About us: "We have been in business for over 27 years and are Nastec and NATE certified. We do over 20,000 service calls per year and about 50% of those are from repeat and referral business. A couple of reasons for that are: we GET OUT the SAME DAY and we have our own training facility where our techs are kept up to date on all the industry changes and not necessarily on your equipment. We are master plumbers, master electricians, and an HVAC company so if you have any needs in these areas let us know."
When you hire a housekeeper or cleaning service, there are some questions you’ll need to ask to ensure you’re hiring the right person for the job. Writing down a list of services you want to be completed is a great place to start. This way, you’ll have all the information you need when you do interview a housekeeper or cleaning service, and they can provide you with accurate information and cost estimates.
Find out upfront if the housekeeper or cleaning company offers the services you need, especially if you have requests that go beyond basic services.
Do they charge a flat fee each week? Do they charge an hourly rate? Some companies charge based on your home’s square footage or the number of bedrooms you have.
Many companies may provide some smaller cleaning supplies, but they may need to use your vacuum cleaner or mop. Others bring their own or none at all. And if you’re particular about the types of chemicals used in your home, you may want to ask what products they use or if they’re willing to use what you provide.
Anytime you have a professional in your home, something could go wrong. They could get hurt, or some of your property may be damaged. Ask what would happen in these scenarios — a well-qualified professional will have the necessary insurance and bonding to cover these situations.
