While the unit was covered under a six-year parts warranty, When we contacted them to arrange the replacement, they quoted us the full price we had initially paid for the installation of the original unit, despite the warranty coverage. Their justification? “Prices have gone up.” To add to the frustration, we discovered the manufacturer date on the original system was 2019, meaning it had been sitting on the shelf for two years prior to installation.
