"I saw an average high window review when I selected them but should have looked at all the available reviews out there. Should have checked google reviews. I regret that I didn't check closely. It took more than 1 year to finish 7 windows. project $14,200, and for that price I would expect perfect/flawless completion. it took 4 months or so from when we signed contract and paid downpayment before the first 6 windows were completed, but the 7th was broken in shipment. rather than expediting this order, we waited till it was september again to finally get it. but the other part of our ticket involved the screens for our sliding windws. The molding that goes between these windows was missing on one of the windows, and the one they provided for our other is whilte. They pressured me to pay the rest of the outstanding balance today so I did. and have no recourse except to write these reviews to get it resolved. They don't care about their customers I'd be willing to change my value if/when they make my order right. I have photos. I don't see anythihng so far in the review process to post my photos."

First of all, they were great to work with—pleasant, professional, friendly—just great to work with. They made sure my husband and I both knew what to expect as they worked on the door and encouraged us to ask questions as need be. They also worked well together and did amazing work on our project. It was very sturdy, worked well and looked incredible. Weston and Dylan were so supportive of the bold color choice we made, yellow, and said they thought it looked really good. They meant it too. I checked in with him week before and he said they were on schedule. 2 days before the job start he texted and said he got a bigger job and they were canceling. If you hire this company know they don't honor commitments, they don't value integrity and they have no respect for their customers."
