"The first red flag is representing himself as Steve Perez on Angi’s list when in fact his name is Ziv. There’s the hard sell and false promises (finish a kitchen remodel in 5-6 weeks) when it took 4 months. Unprofessionalism is an understatement. He communicates through texting like a teenager and screams at the client when in fact errors are his fault or his sub-contractors. We provided appliance specs very early in the process and the electrician still made errors for which Ziv wanted us to pay for. The cabinets delivered were incomplete which he blamed on us. He demanded a final payment and threatened to put a lean on our house when the work was incomplete per the contract. Then Subs starting calling demanding payment which was resolved after we provided cashed checks to Sonart Construction. Don’t believe what I say. Read the BBB review complaints for a well-deserved F rating."

"12/9/24: Due to water damage from Hurricane Milton, the engineered wood flooring in our LR was discolored on the ends nearest the front door and had to be replaced. We had 4 blanks left over from the original flooring installation years ago, but we could not find the same product with the same click and lock system and the same exact width. Libien was able to cut off the bad parts of the flooring planks and reuse the good parts; otherwise, we would have had to redo the entire floor with a new product at some cost. The work took some time but went very well; Libien did an excellent job. When he was done, the finished floor looked almost like the original. The door sill took some drilling in the concrete stoop, but he was able to secure it perfectly. The safety bar in the shower looks great. He was very skilled, courteous, professional, and explained the whole process in advance."

"We started a siding and windows job on our home in early 2024. $100k later, the job is still incomplete and it’s impossible to get them to actually follow through on their commitment to finish the job. Never mind the fact that now the windows are leaking and to them, it’s clearly no big deal because I notified them on April 1st and Will, their General Manager, said that someone would be out to check it out and I haven’t heard from anyone since. I’ve emailed the owner to no avail and in the beginning was told by their Sales person, Heather, that customer service is “their thing.” Yeah right, they got what they wanted out of us and that was it. I’ve tried to be patient but at the point, I’m over it. This is terrible customer service to say the least. They talk a big game in the beginning but just be cautious, they don’t care as much as they say they do."
