"They were quick and professional. Thier customer service was top notch!"

"Optimal Sewer & Drain, LLC performed a hydro cleaning on my sewer line. They did a very thorough and professional job. The nature of the project changed as the discovery of a septic system, unknown to me, presented a big challenge for their equipment and to me as the homeowner trying to sell the property. Denzyl, the owner, was very kind and patient with me as I tried to understand the implications of their findings. We had to get another company involved and Denzyl went above and beyond to ensure smooth communication and full understanding of the issues was relayed. He and his crewman Dan demonstrated the highest levels of integrity and honesty in their dealings with me and I found it very easy to trust them. They helped turn a stressful situation for me, into a pleasurable one. They gave me a video of the cleared sewer line and cleaned up the crawlspace and worksite before they left. I would highly recommend this company."
