"I had interviewed 8 other companies.There was just something about Glen. I think he sensed my fear of the unknown. This was not an easy fix. Mold removal is very serious. My mom is having a lung transplant which added more stress and worry. Glen took the time out to explain everything. Glen really cares about your families safety. It just amazes me whats is lurking under the foundation to the naked eye. Glen showed me pics of my basement that looked like something from a horror movie. From beginning, middle and end of my project he made sure I understood what to expect in each step. My mom has been staying with one of my friends til I got the results back,which hasnt been easy for me. When I got back my mold report tears of joy, I can finally bring my mom home to a mold free house. Glen also explained how to maintain a mold free house. Youd be surprised what we take for granted.
