He rejected one of the windows, and sent it back it because it had an almost unnoticeable hairline crack in it. Most window installers would have went ahead and installed the window, and left you to deal with manufacturer later on when you finally noticed the defect week later. Gary made sure his workers installed, and insulated my window and sliding glass door correctly. I was so impressed with the work that he and his workers did, I went ahead, and have already contracted him to install/replace 4 more windows plus a picture window!"

The job consisted of having to remove the left side door frame and molding from our bathroom door which they took great care in doing thus minimizing any destruction of the plaster walls. They expertly installed the new frame and rehung the door perfectly. They also repaired out front exterior door which was out of plumb and not closing properly. And also replaced our exterior basement door. They also replaced a damaged tongue and groove knotty pine board in our stairwell leading to our upstairs bedroom. Joe and Chris explained everything they had to do to complete the jobs and Joes estimate was reasonable in price. They are both gentlemen with a professional attitude, friendly and easy to talk to about the work and a variety of other topics not related to the job at hand. I highly recommend them."
