"Overall experience was positive. The diagnosis was good and only required a $15 part that was able to install myself. My frig is working great. While my total cost for the repair was $80 which included the $35 diagnostic fee, the lowest other price quote was over $400. I am very pleased with this new type of appliance repair. I will be recommending this my family and friends."

"Our 20 year old water heater stopped working and we scrambled to find a repair person who could come and fix it same day. Cold showers are not fun lol. We called Joe and asked if he could replace the water heater today. He came by our house, looked at the water heater, and recommended replacing it. He showed us some options from Home Depot. We decided on one. He went to Home Depot to pick it up, came back, and installed it same day! He also charged us half the price our local plumber quoted us. We highly recommend Joe!"

"Appliance Mann responded to my request on Home Advisor within a few minutes of posting a request for washing machine repair. Shia came out that afternoon and diagnosed the problem. He ordered the part and came back the following day to install it. He also checked my dryer and dishwasher and fixed a small problem with my fridge while he was here. He was here at the time scheduled. Shia is very professional and knowledgable. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs appliance repair."
