They handled all of the borough and electric company permits and delivery of all equipment needed to install the panels. They used Green Rack Contracting for the installation process and set up of the Enphase system, which monitors my solar panels on a consistent basis so I can follow the progress of my own energy production in real time. I interviewed over 10 solar panel companies and am extremely happy with my choice of Raycycle. They were the most reasonably priced for my situation and the products offered, which are top notch! "He was sent because we have a service policy with American Water & was told for $50 he would unclog the blocked bathtub drain. He was very abrupt with us. He BROKE the pipe with his snake. He never unclogged the pipe. He then wanted over $1,200 to fix what he broke. He said he could do a PARTIAL fix for over $700 and he said I would have to wait until Tuesday for him to start at the earliest. He said he would probably open up the wall. He left the house with a dripping pipe. We hired another plumber, he fixed the damage done by DiTommasso, costing $800, that day. DiTommasso was NEVER supposed to ask us for anything as this should have been handled by American Water. So I paid DiTommasso or American Water $50 to have DiTommasso to just break the pipe and never clearing the clog. This was a nightmare. He said he was a plumber for 20 years too."

You can pay for solar panels out of pocket in California, but if you don’t have enough funds to cover the initial expense, it’s also possible to finance them. When you lease solar panels, you won’t be responsible for the cost of solar panel repair.
Choosing a solar installer in California is easier than in some other states. Because solar is more common in California, there are more experienced solar professionals to choose from. Make sure your solar professional is licensed, and get quotes from multiple installation companies before moving forward. Ask about their certifications and a portfolio of past work. If you have neighbors with solar panels, ask them for recommendations.
Homeowners don’t currently have to worry about property tax increases in California when they install solar panels. That’s because of the Active Solar Energy System Exclusion, approved by the California State Board of Equalization. This exclusion remains in effect until the end of 2024. At that point, if the board doesn’t extend the exclusion, homeowners may see an increase in property taxes.
