Exterior Home or Structure - Paint or Stain
"I was very pleased with the company and the job done. I was nervous about the job being subcontracted out, but was reassured they know all their subcontractors and have worked together for many years. The subcontractor we had was an all female team and they did an OUTSTANDING job. They kept us in the loop about timing since it was mid November and you need to make sure it is warm enough out to do it. They took their time and made sure to do it right. They primed and caulked the areas that needed it and everything turned out amazing. They were very impressive and I am glad we went with them. All in all it worked out very well for us. It also helped to go buy a sample of the color we wanted so we knew we were making a good choice on the color. It is so hard to see from the tiny color swatch. We went from light blue to dark grey and I LOVE it!"

"Israel was so great! He immediately called when I put the request in and was able to come out for an estimate the next day. His cost for a few rooms was incredibly reasonable and he did an amazing job. His communication throughout the project from start to finish was wonderful. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone who asks!"

"Exceptional team, exceptional work and service! Julio and his team painted the interior of our home along with the interior of our office building. We have hired Julio on several occasions and have been very pleased with his attention to detail, communication, reliability, professionalism and the high quality of work he and his team provided for us. We will definitely hire him again and would highly recommend him!"

"Gabriel and his painters do high quality work. They are extremely careful in their prep so that there is no slop or paint spillover. They put up tape and thin plastic sheets over areas to protect from spillage. The final paint job looks so good! He was very adaptable, willing to add on more and more painting as I decided to expand the job. His pricing is very competitive, and they leave the place totally clean at the end of each day. Highly recommend them!"

Painters usually price a job by the square feet of the project. Sometimes they’ll include flat fees for fixed expenses, like overhead and permits.

Interior painting makes for a doable DIY project. You can save some money and get a real sense of accomplishment by doing this yourself. And, with the right prep work – covering, taping and scraping – it’s fairly forgiving. But it takes a lot of time to move furniture, tape trim, prep the surface and cover your floor, let alone apply the actual paint. Instead, save yourself the time and hassle and find a local interior painter.
Leave exterior painting to the pros. Not only do you need to worry about the type and quality of the paint, you’ll also likely need a ladder and considerably more prep work. You’ll likely need additional equipment like ladders, scaffolding and possibly a paint sprayer. It’s almost cheaper to just hire a pro. Talk to a local exterior house painter about your project.
