"No stars. CHOOSE SOMEONE ELSE. We couldn't even get a quote done with this "team". This has been the worst and most unorganized experience I have ever had with another company. We couldn't get a crew on site in a two hour window - with a verification call the morning of the appointment, after scheduling a week in advance - without someone making excuses and rescheduling us to the next day an hour AFTER our pick up was supposed to have happened. We ended up having to drag the furniture under some cover in the rain after nobody called or showed up during the sunlit hours we had scheduled for. We had to look elsewhere for junk removal due to the lack of communication, lack of dependability to even call us back, the blatantly ignored calls, and the completely disorganized system. It was a poor experience all around. All we've gotten is excuses and every callback we've been told to expect the last two days hasn't come. Thank you for the time your company has wasted during our already busy and stressful weekend."

They dropped off and sent me a text with a picture of the location of the drop off to ensure it was where I wanted it, as we began using the dumpster and realized we needed additional days All it took was a quick call or text to them to let them know and we were able to keep extending at a very reasonable rat. The dumpster was very clean and free of any issues and the overall value of renting was by far the best dumpster rental I've ever had."

It was sold “as is” so there was lots of random junk that needed to be removed and disposed of, including a shed that was falling down and many tree branches. "While the move itself was ok and the team that moved my items were friendly and very hard working, the post move close out has been terrible. There were a few items damaged and missing after the move was complete. I'm not surprised or upset by this, it happens, but after filing a claim through their system and contacting the Claims Representative, Larrisa Lord, numerous times via phone and email, I've had no resolution. Unless they actually answer their phone, which is extremely rare, all attempts at contact have been ignored. Last I heard, over two months ago now, my claim was pending approval for compensation for my lost and damaged items. Since then nothing and I can't seem to get anyone on the phone or by email. I do not recommend Amazing Moves and my realtor has removed them from his company's recommended list."
