"We woke this morning to find that our hot water heater had broken and leaking all over the place. Not what I was expecting to happen two days before Christmas! Jordan promptly reached out to me after an early morning submit to the site. He arrived less than 2 hours after we spoke ready to replace my water heater and completed the job in about 90 minutes. During the whole process he was knowledgable and his pricing was very fair. He was able to quote me on the job after I sent over photos even before coming to my house which was a nice change to the process of needing to have someone come assess the job and charging a service fee on top of everything else. Professional and friendly. I would highly recommend them to anyone. He will be my plumber of choice moving forward."

"David did a great job clearing out clogged drains on mini splits and servicing all 7 units and 2 condensers. The amount of time he spent and thoroughness was clearly a step above the prior maintenance. Now we know what really needs to be done to keep the units working well, and recommend Forest Hills HVAC for any mini split system. Only drawback was that we got bumped a few times for emergency calls. We were not an emergency because we did have some functional units, so it is fair that we had to wait. If it was an emergency, I could have paid the emergency fee and gotten work done more quickly."
