Jordan promptly reached out to me after an early morning submit to the site. He arrived less than 2 hours after we spoke ready to replace my water heater and completed the job in about 90 minutes. During the whole process he was knowledgable and his pricing was very fair. He was able to quote me on the job after I sent over photos even before coming to my house which was a nice change to the process of needing to have someone come assess the job and charging a service fee on top of everything else.
