He told me he could replace it cheaply and just patch things up, which he was willing to do, but he explained to me that there was a hole where water was getting in and that all of the wood was rotten and needed to be replaced, which was a pretty big job and quite expensive. So I hired Edison's company (American Residential Construction). He communicated with me every step of the way, sending me photos of what needed to be done and the final result. He was always punctual. They left the area cleaner than it was than when they started the job. He even vacuumed my basement, because that's where they were bringing the materials in and out. Edison found an issue on the roof and fixed that as well, without charging me extra. I feel confident that the job was well done and that I wasn't overcharged. Edison and his crew are professional, trustworthy, and extremely reliable. I highly recommend them."
