"On Dec 21st, I hired Tony from Get It Done Roofing after seeing them listed on Angie's list to stop a persistent leak that had been impacting my ceiling. In writing, we agreed on $1,400. On Dec. 22nd, they re-flashed portions of the roof, and asked me to Zelle them the funds. I sent them the additional money and they did "something" that did NOT fix the issue and the ceiling is only getting worse. On Feb. 17th, I reported that the issue was not resolved, and on Feb. 21st, Tony apologized and said he had family issues and apologized for not responded. He has since gone dark and no longer responds. VERY DISAPPOINTED - They made promises, were paid (2x) and will no longer respond to fix the problem On Dec. 28, they asked me whether the repair held, and unfortunately it did not. "I had a piece of siding that blew off in a storm. They were able to fix it within 24h, but I had to buy a whole box of siding and the new piece is a different gray color. Now I have a whole box of siding in my garage that isn't even the same color as my house. Additionally, after the work was done they guy basically told me that I should redo the siding on my whole house and was very pushy that I get it done now and at a very high price. Needless to say, I left the 30yo siding that I have on the house and will be hiring a different company if and when I decide to redo the whole house."
