"Simon and Sons is a great family owned business. I contacted for an assesment to clean or replace our gutters. They Respinded immediately via Angie's List. Showed up on time for a review and to provide an estimate. I found the estimate to be reasonable and realistic given history of the home and other estimates received. I respected they prefer a visual assessment and not use google earth to provide an estimate as one company chose to do. They showed up on time and cleaned up leaving the property as they found it. In some instances better, We discussed ongoing maintenance going forward. They will be this home owners contractor for all things Roofing and Gutter related. I am quite please with the excellent work and customer service. Observing their work ethic has also earned another client from my neighbor. Well done Simon and Sons"

"On 9-5-2-21 the owner from Jacobs Ladder Roofing Group PLLC gave me a quote to take care of my roof and apply the roof coating. Paid a deposit of half the amount so job could be done. Jacobs Ladder Roofing Group PLLC provided a 6-year warranty on the roof coating. The owner let me know to call if there were any issues with the roof and they would come out and take care of any issues. 2022, have had water coming in and leaking into the bathtub from above the window. This should not happen since roof had been sealed in 2021. Contacted the owner at Jacobs Ladder Roofing Group PLLC on these dates: 8-17-2022 left a voice message to please contact me for Jacobs Ladder Roofing Group PLLC to come out and look at my roof. 8-23-2022 sent a text message to please call me regarding the issue of water coming into my home. 8-23-2022 sent an email to Jacobs Ladder Roofing Group asking for the common courtesy of a return phone call regarding my roof. Left Jacobs Ladder Roofing Group PLLC three ways to contact me and as of 8-31-2022 have not been contacted by this company at all. On 8-28-2022, while on a ladder to do some painting of the gutters, took a look at my roof and saw the gray color (the color of the roof before being coated) showing through in numerous places where the white coating should have been applied with a brush, in the areas that were not smooth/flat on the roof, along with being rolled on. Since there are many areas where the gray color can be seen, that means the coating was not applied evenly or the gray color would not be able to be seen at all. I paid a lot of money to this company for the job. I want this to be corrected by Jacobs Ladder Roofing Group PLLC, have a 6-year warranty from them, and if they do not correct this issue, a complete return of the money I paid for the job. As of July 17, 2023 the owner never called, showed up or contacted me by text, landline, cell or in person."

"We hired John Masonry and his crew to complete a pretty large, paved patio and a small deck to access our pool. If you want professional, excellent, and fast work for any of your outdoor projects, look no further, John Masonry is your guy. We contacted John through Angi 's List and John came out the same day, Friday two weeks ago to give us an estimate. We discussed what our best option was to replace our 25-year-old deck that took a large part of our yard up. We decided to have on a paved patio around the pool replacing the old deck and to add a small deck to access the pool. Two days later John had his crew start the demolition of the old deck and his crew started installing the pavers and build the new deck. The project was done quickly just shy of two weeks.
