We bid with two other HVAC contractors and we pulled the trigger with Jim and his team. What put them apart was that they took their time assessing our home and situation, walked through all possible options, and clearly communicated those options. They evaluated and wanted to find the most feasible option for us, with efficiency and cost in mind. The other contractors came through and kind of already had their minds set on what heating system to use. Jim is also very personable, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with. Jim and Carlton's proposal was the most cost effective overall - the unit/system itself and our personal ROI.
