"I booked these people to come out and clean my mothers carpet while she was in the hospital. They assured me they would be here to clean the carpets on Monday. They never showed up but my mother was released from the hospital. So I had to keep her at my house. They never notified me they were not showing up. Not a phone call not a text. I had to call them to find out they were on the other side of the state and would not be here today. They guarantee they would be here the next day, and again they did not arrive. I called the pro number was cut off. So then I called home advisor and they basically told me to just arrange for the carpets to be done by somebody else while my mother waited at my house because her house was tore up waiting for the carpets to be done. They offered just a $10 discount on another company when they should have offered half price. I am disgusted."

I was worried that the red stains from the previous weekend would never come out if too much time went by. They expertly steamed out and then cleaned with an "Oxy" type agent. It looks great! I will be having them return to clean/restore my front entry slate tile and grout."

I own and manage the property remotely from Brooklyn, NY - so finding somebody to help with the guest turnover was a very daunting task. Valeri came in, and from our first meeting, I knew the apartment was in good hands. Thanks to her impeccable work, our Air BnB has a perfect 5-star rating after 15 stays... and the guests always comment on how clean and neat the place is upon their arrival.
