He arrived at my home a day after contact to inspect the damage and collect the frame, which he took with him to reassemble with the new mirror. He told me it would take a few days. It turned out to be more than that. I was about to text him to ask about the job's status when he informed me the mirror was ready. The delay is understandable—he has a full-time job and does this sort of work on the side—but if he cannot finish the work promptly, he should make that clear in advance. Other than that, I have no complaints and highly recommend him. Just pin him down."
