  Comment: My partner and I are moving into a brand-new 2-br apartment sometime in March 2024 (closing is at the end of Feb.) from a very small 1-br apartment. We don't yet have exact room measurements (we should soon), but the new apartment will be just under 1,100 sq. ft. and includes a 175-sq.-ft. terrace. I have furniture/items that I want to bring into the new space (non-negotiable), including a bed, a dresser, and a desk, but I'm very open otherwise. I am most excited for getting a big new couch (have been eyeing the Indoor Weather Bondi for years) and building a living room around a spot where people can be comfortable. This project would specifically include a combination living/dining room, a kitchen (though not much to do there), 2 bathrooms (again, not much needed for either bathroom), 1 bedroom, 1 combination bedroom/office, and a terrace (terrace is lowest priority).
