"It is very rare i am able to write a positive review it should be noted that we are in the real estate business and have seen it all. As this was an emergency call as the hot water tank needed to be replaced asap they responded within five minutes after notifying them and responded with a price,what they were installing and when they were arriving. I called 830am on a Sat and by 11am they arrived with their truck was loaded with supplies with the heater.Other companies that responded wanted to come first and give an estimate. If a plumber need to come and look to see what has to be done he can't be a plumber with experience,All heaters are installed basically the same. He first did a walkthrough, I was told to ask for a camera inspection. He said it was a waste of money. He could tell by the smell.
