        Comment: Hi there. This is an apartment (aprox. 800 sq ft.) in a large pre-war apartment building. We had water damage from the upstairs apartment flooding and the ceiling plaster caved in a couple spots in the bathroom and kitchen, which share a wall. Obvious mold grew in the time it sat (we were out of town and it took the super a while to fix it)—including a literal mushroom sprouting! Anyway, the super patched it all up but we can see mold below/beneath the kitchen cabinets still. We’d like to have remediation done in any spots with visible mold. This would just apply to one section of the wall in the kitchen and possible the bathroom if any mold is visible behind the water pipe. Thank you!
