It was his easy demeanor, communication skills, and his openness and willingness to answer any and all questions. Also, for his Angi list reviews, the material samples presented and their quality, and his confidence to totally hide an exposed beam where others could not. This made for a smooth, and consistent looking deck ceiling. It was also where he fell in line regarding pricing. He was neither the least nor most expensive and quoted a higher quality deck material than all the other contractors. His quote included top of the line Trex deck boards with hidden fasteners vs. the others who quoted standard pressure treated lumber and exposed fasteners. And finally it was his agreement to obtain the necessary permits and his ?not a problem? allowance of written modifications to the quote prior to signing, His team was very professional a"

"12-11-20 I fell in love with the Camden! There is a requirement in the covenants that a certain percentage of homes in the neighborhood were full brick 12-17-20 I signed a contract 12-19-20 Builder asked to raise the price and he would pay closing. Donâ  t have money said no. 12-26-20 I attended a preconstruction meeting. I signed the plans for approval. I asked if it would fit onthe lot, because there is a drain on one side of it. I also asked if the house would have be be flipped (garage on left instead of right). He said no 1-14-21 I was informed that the house would not fit on the original lot, and that it would have to be moved. I signed an addendum to move the house to another lot. 1-22-21 The gravel was delivered. It was delivered to the wrong side of the house for the driveway (I thought it was wrong, but later found out that he flipped the house without asking me, even though he said he wouldnâ  t do that). 2-22-21 I finally found out that they were waiting on windows to be delivered. The windows were ordered on 1/ 4 and they wanted to wait until windows got here to start framing. 2-26 Still nothing Sometime in February-I found out they let a permit expire but would have it soon 3-4-21 dropped off boards 3-16-21 Builder advertised on his FB page that he was selling his house.He had been building his own house during this time. 3-19-21 They used the boards for the outline of the house. That was when I saw that the house had been flipped. No one told me or my agent. 4-8-21 still nothing. 4-12-21 I wrote a desperate letter to the builder asking about him starting asap because my children have been homeless, my senior has missed the last half of her senior year, and it is costing a fortune in gas and hotel bills to try to get them to school. 5-4-21 (closing date!) still nothing. I signed an extension, but did not hear anything. I never got a response from my letter. 5-7-21 The builder sent an email to my agent saying he is ready to build and has permits (finally), and it will now cost $20,000 more dollars for the house since the price of lumbar has gone up.one might think a professional builder would know months earlier that he would need to raise the price to cover the lumber prices .He waited until after the contract expired to ask for more money .I did not have that much money. I had to tell my children, who have now been homeless for 6 months, that we do not have a house and have to start over. 1-3-22 I drove by the house I was SHOCKED to find out that the house that was built was NOT all brick .I had been told that was not an option, and it was going to cost me $9200 more just for that!! I was told the covenants required While what builder did may have been legal, morally is another question."

"Couldn’t have been better. Definitely had challenges with Covid/Supply Chain issues which lengthened the time of the remodel, but none of it was Mark, the builder’s fault. In fact, I don’t know of anyone other than Mark Goodson who could have handled the obstacles more professionally! As for the remodel itself, it turned out absolutely beautiful! Before the build began, I thought it hyperbole when Mark said that the finished basement will be the feature that will sell my home in the future. I can honestly say he wasn’t exaggerating one bit! His design for our new home ( my wife and I moved downstairs and the kids and grandkids moved upstairs) was way beyond what my wife and I could have imagined; and it was certainly much better than the other two estimates I got in the beginning. First, Mark refused to put in a dropped ceiling which would have close in the living space. Instead, he redid the duct work so that he could do tray ceilings in every room giving the basement a larger look! Finally, he took out an entire wall thus opening up what would be our living and kitchen into a wide-open space. Bottom line, Mark is indeed the Basement Specialist making the most of every inch of space both useable and beautiful. You may be thinking he must be overly expensive, but in fact, his estimate was much lower than one of the three I brought in. You can’t go wrong with Mark. The pride and workmanship he uses in hiring his crews is beyond reproach."

"Limitless Renovations hit it out the park with our renovation. This company was easy to deal with from start to finish. Our initial few meetings with Christina were excellent, her suggestions, input and expertise were exemplary. Next, we met with Lisa, her design ideas made it possible for us to get the island in the kitchen, that initially we did not think was possible. Her designs were spot on from the beginning. John, our installer, ran into a few issues with the design as we pulled things off the walls, due to the age of our home and few things hidden in the walls. He was quick to come up with solutions that worked and look beautiful. David and his crew did an amazing job refinishing the floors and matching new floors to old. Tony and Johnathan worked on fireplace, back splash, new window and inclosing the door. Both gentlemen were timely, worked tirelessly, and came up with suggestions to make our home look even more beautiful. Kiki was so easy to work with, answering all our questions, keeping us updated on the progress and mostly keeping me calm! We had a few hiccups along the way, but limitless was very quick to fix them and was extremely good at keeping us informed and completing the job in a timely manner. Joseph came to finish us out and complete the job, he was also professional, personable and darn good at what he does. I cannot say enough good things about the company, completely recommend them for any renovation job you may have. Every single person, from the CEO to the painters was exceptional. We WILL us them again without a doubt."

"All I wanted was a jetted tub (the same size or larger than what I had) and shower doors, That’s it! Regrettably, I went with Five Star Bath solutions of South Atlanta with Lavezza Zanders as my consultant and manager Monty Johnson. What I received was no shower doors at all, and an oval shaped tub that is narrower than the previous tub, this is obvious with even the naked eye. I did not request a particular shape, and I certainly did not request a smaller size. Who the heck would? There is no documentation that I agreed to the tub that was installed specifically, and the contract only states size to be determined at measure. Again, during consultation the same size tub or larger was agreed to. The company responded by telling me that this tub is actually larger than what I had before and to get the proper sized tub, I would have to pay an additional $3000 over the $7000 I had already agreed to pay, and that I had to sign a new contract. They also ordered the wrong size shower doors, so for that I have nothing but holes in my shower. Ultimately, I did not want to sign another contract; I should have been given the proper sizes to begin with. I was given a tub that is 39 inches at its widest point, but my space is over 48 inches. There was plenty of space to put a wider tub without major construction (walls did not need to be knocked down for a better width), this is obvious from the photos. My emphasis on this fell on deaf ears; Monty and Lavezza kept telling me to spend this additional $3000 to get the tub size that fills the width of my space. I then elicited the help of a friend who also has lifelong contracting experience. My concerns were not being addressed and unfortunately, I felt that having a man speak on my behalf would help. On 3 way was Monty, the contractor, and me. The truth came out at this point. First Monty admitted the obvious, the tub is more narrow and only deeper than the previous tub, not LARGER nor the same size! Monty also admitted with the contractor on the phone, that the size, model, and cost difference to get one tub vs another was never presented to me; I was just arbitrarily given a smaller tub! When I asked that they take the tub back and return my $2000 deposit, initially Monty agreed then he reneged. At the end of the conversation, Monty was on the phone cursing at me and the contractor. No one was cursing at him. I attempted to reach The Five Star Bath Remodel Cooperate offices multiple times and got no callbacks at all. For $2000 I got no shower doors and an uncomfortable creaking tub that I didn’t ask for. I want a full refund."
