"Bryan came over to assess the project and he was very friendly and was also very knowledgable. He told me exactly what would be done and made sure to answer any questions I had. We set up a time for his tech to come complete the work. When the tech/plumber arrived the next morning he was also friendly and knowledgeable. He completed the work in about three hours (which included a brief run to the hardware store to buy parts) and made sure everything was perfect and with no leaks before leaving. In my opinion, one of the best things about this company is their desire to educate the pool owner. Both men that came to my house taught me several valuable things about keeping up my pool. As a new pool owner, I was so grateful for the tips and information. When I have something go wrong with my pool again, I will definitely be giving Norris Pools a call."

"I would like to follow up in a year from now because I feel the key to a good company is their customer service a year or so down the line. My pool is 30+ years old and was in need of re-plastering, and tile replacement; tiles were falling off and poking out away from just below the coping and the motor/pump stopped working last year and needed to be replaced. As a single woman, I needed a knowledgeable person/company to listen to my concerns, access the situation and advise on the best route to take. If you need this, Ideal Pool Services is the place to go. Bill listened, accessed, and advised. He was always a text or phone call away. He put my mind at ease right from the start. A no-nonsense straight forward person. He took care of business in a professional way and because he's been in the business for so long, he knows what he's talking about. His estimate was reasonable (lowest out of 4) and never tried to nickle and dime me to death. What he estimated is what I paid. The equipment is working so much better than the old equipment we had when the pool was new, just as he said. I love the tile and craftsmanship and the plaster is as smooth as a baby's bottom. They came when they said they would and each crew knocked their work out in nothing flat. They did their job, cleaned up their mess and went on their way. The next day, the next crew came in and did the same thing and the third day, that crew did the same. My pool was up and running in 3 days and ready to swim in a few days later, (due to filling it up and adjusting chemicals). Would I use them again? Heck yes! Do I recommend them to you? Yes I do! "Hilario is a very thoughtful person and very mindful of his customers and business. During the estimate he advised us of our options and we settled on what was to be done. He gave us a start date and his guys showed up on time on the date we were told. Cleaning and preparations of the plaster service were completed on that day. Hilario was either on the job or in contact with us every day to lead us through the process. He kept us up to date on each step. We actually changed our minds about which surface we wanted in our pool and he made the change immediately without any time changes to the schedule. During the last step we decided we wanted to replace our fiber optic pool light with something more modern. Hilario told us if our options and helped us decide what would work the best for our pool. Hilario actually did the light replacement himself and did a great job installing the our new LED pool light. The new light is programmable so he ran is through the instructions. This guy is really on the ball and treated us great by keeping in touch during each step. My wife is picky and she even said he did a great job for a very reasonable price. When we had other companies here for estimates they tried to gouge us for every little thing. I hate that kind of treatment. Hilario still keeps in touch asking how everything is going with his work. When Richard arrived with board in hand, he first suggested that he check the wiring. He trouble shot this stimulation and corrected the wiring which solved the problem. He only charged me a service fee. I was pleasantly surprised and thankful!"
