Trying to lock people into a legally binding contract for pool service should have been the red flag I needed to choose a different company. Stand on the quality of work not locking people into a contract."

He said he would talk to someone about the work I wanted done and would call me back....haven't heard back from him. I don't understand this type of behavior....if one is too busy to take on another job or isn't interested in the job that one wants done then just say so and both parties can move on. I've read some other reviews and it sounds like they do good work but this type of apathetic customer service isn't cool. Sorry to have to give them an "F" but that's the good thing about Angie's List....you get to hear from real people and their experiences with the companies listed on the site."

"We needed to replace three worn out decks on our home, but also wanted to change the existing design by adding a few additional square feet in the process. This was going to be a challenging project because two of the three decks were tied to the second and third level of our home… Choosing 5280 Home Improvements for our project proved to be the perfect choice. Bob listened closely to our project goals and concerns and was very knowledgeable when providing his thoughts and opinions on how we could achieve the desired outcome. Bob worked with us through the material options, comparisons and selection process, as well as the design modifications and improvements we were looking to achieve. When the work was being done, the site was kept clean and organized. Upon completion, we were very happy with how the project turned out...
