I wanted two small sections of a wood fence replaced, including two gates. Blake worked diligently for two days to rebuild the fence sections that I am extremely happy with. As he was finishing those sections, I asked him if he would build and install a metal handrail on outdoor stairs in my backyard. He gladly said he would do that, and spent an extra day building and installing the handrail! I am very impressed with this company and the work performed. The placement of your fence posts depends on the fence height and material. Generally speaking, it's better for the fence if your posts are closer together.
To avoid upheavals or other issues, bury your fence post so the depth exceeds the frost line, or about one-third to one-half of the aboveground height of your post. Check with your local code requirements to determine the right depth for your home since it varies by location.

You share the responsibility for repair and maintenance in such cases, so both parties are held accountable by local regulations.
